From the main station
Bahnhofplatz is directly outside the main exit of Zurich HB. It is a walk of just a few minutes.
By public transport
Tram, bus and S-Bahn lines all stop at the main station. From Enge, Wiedikon, Seefeld or Oerlikon you are here within minutes.
Inside the building
Bahnhofplatz 5, fourth floor. A lift is available, so access works with a walking aid or a pram.

What is the fastest way to reach the practice?
Online booking is fastest — available around the clock, with no waiting on the phone. WhatsApp is for short administrative matters only, not for medical questions.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. No referral is needed, and you do not have to inform your previous practice.
Do you offer video consultations?
Yes, particularly for follow-ups, discussing results and certain non-acute concerns.
What should I do in an emergency outside opening hours?
In a medical emergency call 144 or go to the nearest emergency department. Email and WhatsApp are not monitored continuously and are not suitable for emergencies.
Is treatment covered by health insurance?
GP consultations and standard investigations generally run through Swiss basic insurance (KVG). Extended specialist analyses may be self-pay — this is always discussed in advance.
Do you issue sickness certificates?
Yes — on the basis of my own examination. Incapacity for work following an elective procedure carried out elsewhere is certified by the operating surgeon; he knows the procedure and examines you afterwards, and no health-insurance accreditation is needed for that. A certificate from this practice requires that I have assessed you myself.
